Astounding Experience He Had While Working in Bank Indonesia
Starting his career in 1985 in Bank Sentral Republik Indonesia (BI), this begins his 14 years of journey working there. In his 14 years, he learnt so much about several fields, such as crediting, banking overview and checking, and also organizational and human resource.
With an experience as credit granting and supervision, he was trusted to lead several workforces, such as Pengembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (PUKM) and Pengembangan Hubungan Bank dengan Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (PHBK) in partnership with esellschaft fur Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) from Germany in West Java Province.
Before bestowed the position of The Director of General Banking Overview in 2008, he was also trusted to be The Senior of Organizational Analyst and Human Resources, specifically for all work units in the Bank Indonesia Banking Sector.
In the effort to strengthen the regime of Anti Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), in 2012, the Indonesian government trusted Deche to sit the position as the Deputy of Preventions, for about 4 years in Lembaga Intelijen Keuangan Republik Indonesia, or more known as Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan Republik Indonesia (PPATK). At the end of 2016, Deche H. Hadian returned to Bank Indonesia as Special Staff in order to assist the governor.
His activity today, he still got his hands on constructing an organization he built back in 2006 as his way of giving back to the community. This organization is called “Pusat Konsultasi Tumbuh Kembang Anak dan Remaja – Ramaniya (PKTKAR – Ramaniya)”, a non profit organization in order to help children with special needs.
